Yes, the Clean & Simple 2 Online Card Class began today!! I was excited to begin with, but then after viewing all the content I was beyond excited! What a great class. If you have ever wanted to take a card class, I highly recommend the Online Card Classes. I can’t say enough good stuff about them. I can’t really divulge what we’ve been learning, but I will share the cards I’ve made.
On the first card I made, I used a technique that I hadn’t before. I used Mr. Huey’s Color Mists along with a mask. Fun!
I can’t wait to see what Day 2 has in store!!! Goodnight!
Two posts in one day?? What??????? Well, technically it’s the next day, but I’ve not gone to bed yet. The joys of insomnia. Anyway…This is going to be short. I was checking out some of the challenge blogs that I’ve participated in previous and decided I would Retrosketches #48. Here is the sketch:
Not too much going on in this neck of the woods. I do have to say that I’m really done with winter. DONE. Just can’t seem to handle the cold anymore and all I want to do is sit on the couch under not 1, but 2 blankets. Bleh.
In other news, I sent out my first box of cards to Operation Write Home! Yay! I was please and have already started on the next box. A new sketch challenge was posted today, so I spent some time playing. I kind of followed the sketch to a T, which is unusual for me. Oh well.

Wow… that was some nap! LOL! Sorry people, I’m not good at multi-tasking, so pre-holiday stuff hit and there went my card making & my blog writing!
So, now the holidays are over and I’ve taken on a new challenge. I’m making cards for Operation Write Home! I’m really excited to be able to help and make a difference. I’ve been working on St. Patrick’s Day cards all weekend and I’ve got about 20 done. Yay!
I entered Sketch Challenge #154 for Operation Write Home.
